What you need to know

After viewing the property / room you want to take, you will then need to complete all the necessary legal checks followed by the payment of a deposit(s). You will be sent the contract and if you wish to proceed a security deposit and a months rent will need to be paid in advance which we register with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service). From then on its the fun stuff. We hand over the keys with a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates, its then yours to enjoy. You will be added to a Whats-App group with one of our management team and the other housemates so we can ensure everyone is happy and any issues resolved as swiftly as possible.

Our professional, tried and tested cleaners will be in every couple of weeks and a gardener will service the gardens in the summer months. We also have a reliable team of maintenance companies that we have worked with for years who are on hand if something needs urgent attention.

We just ask that you are courteous to your house mates and look out for one another.
